VYKING INTEGRATES WITH XTREMEPUSH TO STRENGTHEN CRM OFFERING FOR GLOBAL OPERATORS

[Dublin, 23rd September] – Xtremepush, the leading provider of AI-powered CRM, engagement, and loyalty technology, has announced a strategic partnership with modular igaming platform provider and games aggregator Vyking which will see the latter make Xtremepush’s category-leading services available to its global client base through the XP Partners programme.

The Dublin-headquartered company will integrate its premium suite of CRM and player retention tools seamlessly into Vyking’s architecture, empowering operators to leverage real-time data, AI, and gamification tools to build more engaged and profitable player relationships.

Driven in-part by partner demand on the Vyking side, the collaboration allows its operator network to harness its full CRM, free-to-play, and XP Loyalty offerings, alongside its own CMS and aggregation solutions.

The integration into Vyking’s PAM, Bonus Engine, and Web platform gives direct access to Xtremepush’s fully automated CRM suite, with engagement channels including email, SMS, and Web Engagement all covered.

Robbie Sexton, Head of Partnerships at Xtremepush, said:

“We are thrilled to partner with Franz and the Vyking team in making our engagement and lifecycle solutions available to its growing, global client base. This integration is a prime example of how operators are driving demand for best-in-class tech stacks via alternative, consolidated avenues. XP Partners works with those that can benefit from our CRM and loyalty capabilities, enabling new, profitable relationships that cut through heavy development needs and add value to the end user and Xtremepush’s customers.”

Franz Gerhart, CEO of Vyking, added:

“Our mission has always been to give operators more control and flexibility over their player lifecycles; they know their players best. Partnering with Xtremepush aligns perfectly with that goal, and following a successful integration with one partner already, it’s clear that their committed team can provide powerful engagement and gamification services that complement our own content and intelligence offering.”

Xtremepush services are available now to all Vyking's Platform and Casino Aggregation customers and clients.
