I’m Head of Media Buying in the iGaming industry, and have been working with Needed for around a year now. During this time we’ve worked together on quite different roles as Business Development, Team Leads, Media Buyers and other. One thing I really like is that they’re able to adapt quite quickly depending on what we actually need. When were growing our Facebook team, they focused on finding relevant FB buyers. Later, when we decided to start building TikTok as a new direction, they switched with us and started bringing people with relevant TikTok experience. The same happened with roles outside of Media Buying, like Business Development Manager. Obviously, not every candidate becomes a hire and that’s completely normal. But overall, the quality has been on a high level and compared to what we usually see on the market, there’s definitely a difference in how relevant the candidates are. After working together for almost a year, the process has also become very straightforward. They understand quite well what kind of people we’re looking for, and candidates usually come to us already understanding the role, expectations and what they’re getting into. Have managed to close several important positions together, including some that are genuinely difficult to fill in the current market. And probably the most important thing for me, a lot of those people are still with us and doing well. At the end, that’s the result that really matters.
