- Claim company listings and post reviews.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Services.
Posting Company Updates
1. Eligibility
Only authorized company representatives may post updates, announcements, or other content on behalf of their company.
2. Content Guidelines
- Updates must be relevant to your company and the B2B iGaming industry.
- Prohibited content includes:
- Affiliate links or promotional material aimed at B2C audiences (e.g., casino welcome offers or bonuses).
- Content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent.
- Updates must comply with all applicable laws and industry regulations.
3. Content Ownership and License
You retain ownership of the content you submit. However, by posting updates, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, reproduce, and distribute your content as part of our Services.
4. Review and Approval
All content is subject to review. We reserve the right to reject or remove updates that violate these Terms or are deemed inappropriate for the platform.
Job Postings
These terms apply in addition to the rest of these Terms of Use whenever a company posts a job vacancy on OnlyiGaming.
1. Eligibility
Only authorized representatives of a hiring company may post job vacancies, and only on behalf of that company. By posting a vacancy, you confirm that you are authorized to advertise the role.
2. Responsibility for Listings
The hiring company is solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of each job posting. This includes compliance with all applicable employment, anti-discrimination, and pay transparency laws in every jurisdiction where the role is advertised or where a candidate may be located, including any requirement to state a salary or pay range. OnlyiGaming does not draft, verify, or enforce the legal compliance of job postings.
3. Our Role
OnlyiGaming provides a platform that hosts and displays job vacancies submitted by hiring companies. We do not recruit, and we do not act as an employer, recruiter, or employment agency in relation to those vacancies. Any hiring decision, and any responsibility arising from it, rests with the hiring company.
4. Applicant Data
When a candidate applies to a vacancy, the details they submit are sent to the hiring company that posted the role. From the moment it receives an application, that company is the data controller for the applicant's personal data and is solely responsible for handling it in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the GDPR. This includes informing applicants how their data is used and honoring their data protection rights. OnlyiGaming transmits applications to the hiring company and does not retain a copy.
5. Removal and Indemnification
We may, at our sole discretion and without obligation, edit, reject, remove, or require correction of any job posting that we believe does not comply with these Terms or applicable law. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnlyiGaming and its affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your job postings, your hiring decisions, or your handling of applicant data.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Services to:
- Post illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content.
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Violate someone else's rights, including intellectual property rights.
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnlyiGaming and its affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your submitted content or use of the Services.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
