Top 10 iGaming CRM Providers in 2026

Top 10 iGaming CRM Providers in 2026
Acquiring a player is expensive. Keeping one is where the margin is, and that job sits with the CRM. Welcome journeys, failed deposit recovery, VIP handling, bonus abuse checks, reactivation of dormant players: in most operators it all runs through one platform, and switching that platform is a project nobody looks forward to.
Most "best iGaming CRM" lists online are written by CRM vendors, and most of them rank their own product first. We wanted a list that doesn't. So instead of ranking by opinion, we ordered these 10 providers by the year the company was founded, oldest first. Every founding year, client figure and deal below comes from a company register, an annual filing, the provider's own website or press release, or trade press reporting. Client counts are the providers' own claims and they count differently, so they are not comparable with each other. If something here is out of date, we want to hear about it.
The biggest story of the year sits at the bottom of the list. In April, one of the two youngest companies here agreed to be bought by the second oldest.

Client figures are each provider's own published claim and are not comparable with each other.
1. Symplify (founded 2000)
Symplify is older than LeoVegas and BetMGM, two operators shown among its client logos. Symplify Technologies AB was registered in Stockholm in April 2000, and its iGaming page now talks of 25 years in the business.
It started as a general marketing automation business and still sells across channels most iGaming CRMs never touch, including print and voice next to email, SMS, push and in-app. On its iGaming page it claims more than 3.3 billion messages sent through the platform every year.
That multichannel heritage is the reason to look at Symplify. It is strongest for operators who send a lot of messages across many channels and want one tool to handle all of them, including the ones the newer, casino-first platforms skip.
2. Optimove (founded 2009)
Optimove is the heavyweight here. Founded in Tel Aviv in 2009 by Pini Yakuel and Shachar Cohen, it now lists New York as its headquarters and serves retail and other sectors as well as gambling.
Its iGaming numbers are the largest any provider on this list publishes. In a September 2026 release, Optimove said it works with more than 1,200 casino and sports betting brands, and that over 60 startup operators had joined its Ignite+ programme in its first 18 months.
It has also been buying. Kumulos and Graphyte in 2022, gamification company Adact in March 2025, and then Smartico, announced in April 2026. Smartico keeps operating as an independent business, but the deal puts two of the best known iGaming CRM brands under one owner. Expect enterprise pricing and a longer setup than with the smaller tools.
3. Braze (founded 2011)
Braze is a general-purpose customer engagement platform, and the only company on this list that trades on a stock exchange. Founded in New York in 2011 as Appboy, it renamed itself Braze in 2017 and listed on Nasdaq in November 2021.
It was not built for gambling. It was built for consumer apps at scale, and that is what US operators like DraftKings use it for. Braze publishes case studies with DraftKings and PrizePicks, and its fiscal 2026 annual report shows revenue of $738.2 million for the year to January 2026, from 2,609 customers across all industries.
The trade-off is the usual one for a horizontal platform. The messaging engine is very strong. The iGaming parts, like bonus logic, wagering events and responsible gambling triggers, have to be built around it. Operators with large in-house data teams are the natural fit.
4. Solitics (founded 2013)
Solitics was founded in 2013 and is based in the Tel Aviv area, with Tomer Baumel as CEO. It describes itself as a real-time data and automation layer: it pulls player data from different sources, unifies it, and triggers messages and offers from it.
iGaming is one of three markets it sells to. The others are online trading and, more recently, retail banking, where it launched an agentic AI suite called Saai in July 2026. On the iGaming side it lists Codere Online and AdmiralBet among its case studies, and platform provider ProgressPlay chose it to unify data across its managed brands.
That cross-industry focus cuts both ways. Solitics brings ideas from fintech that most casino CRMs don't have, but iGaming is not its only priority.
5. Xtremepush (founded 2014)
Xtremepush was founded in Dublin by Tommy Kearns, a former professional rugby player, and Kevin Collins. The Irish Times puts the founding year at 2014. It did not start in gambling. In 2021 its named clients still included McDonald's and Bank of Ireland, but most of its news in the last two years has been about betting and gaming.
Today its client list reads like an iGaming conference programme: Fanatics, Superbet, Betsson, BetMGM, Hollywoodbets and LiveScore all appear in its own press coverage, and it said in November 2025 that it has more than 200 clients globally.
Like Optimove, it is building through acquisition. It bought gamification provider Thunderbite in 2023 and US loyalty platform Scrimmage in January 2026, and secured €12 million in financing from AshGrove Capital in October 2025. In May 2026 it launched XpertOS, an agentic AI layer for CRM teams. The direction is clear: CRM, loyalty and gamification sold as one product.
6. Fast Track (founded 2016)
Fast Track was founded in Malta in February 2016 and is headquartered in Sliema, with further offices in Sweden, Spain and Florida. Co-founder and CEO Simon Lidzén has said the team first built the system for its own use because nothing on the market did what they needed.
It is one of the most iGaming-specific platforms on this list. Everything is built around real-time player events, with more than 2,500 data points tracked per player according to the company. Its own figures put it at more than 250 operators and over 500 live brands, and the client logos it shows include Betsson Group and Flutter.
Fast Track won CRM Supplier of the Year at the EGR B2B Awards in 2023 and employs around 170 people. For mid-size and large operators who want a CRM that speaks casino and sportsbook out of the box, it is usually on the shortlist.
7. OptiKPI (founded 2016)
OptiKPI is the smallest company on this list by some distance. It is run by Gaming Crafts Oy, a company registered in Espoo, Finland in March 2016.
Small does not mean irrelevant. The company says more than 50 businesses in over 45 countries use the platform, and its published case studies include Nordic brands Ninja Casino and Lataamo. It is aimed at smaller operators who want automated segmentation and retention campaigns without an enterprise contract.
It earns its place as the lean end of the market. Not every operator needs, or can afford, the platforms at the top of this list.
8. Gamanza Engage (founded 2017)
Gamanza Group was founded in Switzerland in 2017 and is part of Stadtcasino Baden, the Swiss casino group. Its first big moment came in 2019, when its technology went live with Jackpots.ch, Switzerland's first regulated online casino.
Gamanza Engage, the CRM and gamification division, only launched in 2023. It combines a real-time CRM with loyalty mechanics and mini-games. The company says the division doubled in size in 2025.
Recent wins show where it is heading. Tipico Games picked it as its gamification and CRM partner in Germany in February 2026, and Latin American operators Apuestas Royal and BetSW3 have signed with it too. It also integrates with Optimove, which says a lot about how operators actually build their stack: two vendors, not one.
9. InTarget (founded 2019)
InTarget puts its price on its website, which is rare in this market. Plans start at €750 a month, and the company says a new client can be live in about a week, with data migration included.
It is built for smaller and mid-size operators. Its own site talks about brands with 500 to 150,000 monthly players and claims more than 100 operators as clients. It also lists award nominations at EGR, SBC and SiGMA going back to 2020.
InTarget does not publish a founding year. The company behind it, Elutor Limited, was registered in Cyprus in June 2019, and that is the date we use. For an operator that has outgrown basic email tools but cannot justify an enterprise contract, it is one of the easier ways in.
10. Smartico (founded 2019)
Smartico is one of the two youngest companies here, and the one that changed the market this year. It was founded in 2019 and is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, led by co-founder and CEO Arman Gal. It grew without outside funding.
Its pitch is CRM and gamification in one platform: missions, tournaments, a loyalty store and mini-games running on the same player data as the campaigns. It now claims more than 1,000 brands on its website. White label platform ProgressPlay says it covers more than 200 brands with the same set of Smartico campaigns.
On 6 April 2026 Optimove announced it would acquire Smartico. Both companies say Smartico will keep its own leadership, roadmap and client teams. The price was not disclosed.
What This List Tells Us
The most important thing in iGaming CRM right now is consolidation. Optimove bought Adact in 2025 and agreed to buy Smartico in 2026. Xtremepush bought Thunderbite and Scrimmage. All four had gamification or loyalty at their core. The market has decided that sending the right message is not enough on its own. Operators want the mission, the tournament and the loyalty reward to come from the same system that sends it.
The second thing is how hard these companies are to compare. Optimove says 1,200+ casino and sports betting brands. Smartico says 1,000+ brands. Fast Track says 500+ brands and 250+ operators. Xtremepush says 200+ clients. None of them define "brand" the same way, and white label networks can add hundreds of brands with one contract. Treat any single number with care, including when a vendor puts it in a sales deck.
Third, our view: the specialists still have the edge. Braze is the clearest general-purpose platform here, and it makes most sense where an operator has a big data team to build the iGaming logic itself. Most operators would rather buy software that already understands deposits, wagering and bonus rules.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is an iGaming CRM?
It is the software an online casino or sportsbook uses to segment players and send them messages and offers based on what they do: deposits, bets, logins, bonus use. It runs welcome journeys, VIP programmes and reactivation of players who have gone quiet.
How is an iGaming CRM different from a general CRM?
An iGaming CRM already understands gambling events like deposits, wagers, bonus rules and responsible gambling triggers. A general platform like Braze can send messages at huge scale, but the operator has to build that gambling logic around it.
Which iGaming CRM provider is the biggest?
By published client numbers, Optimove claims the most, with more than 1,200 casino and sports betting brands. Smartico claims more than 1,000. The two count differently, and Optimove agreed to buy Smartico in April 2026.
Do iGaming CRMs include gamification?
More and more of them do. Smartico and Gamanza Engage sell CRM and gamification together, Xtremepush bought Thunderbite and Scrimmage to add it, and Optimove bought gamification company Adact in 2025.
A Note on the Data
Founding years come from company registers (Sweden, Finland, Cyprus), company websites, Wikipedia and trade press. Where sources disagree, we used the one we judged most reliable and noted the other. Xtremepush is given as 2014 by the Irish Times and as 2013 by CasinoBeats. Fast Track's milestones page says it was founded in Malta in 2018, but its own tagline and trade press give February 2016. Smartico is 2019 in SBC News and 2018 in some company databases. InTarget publishes no founding year, so we used the June 2019 registration of Elutor Limited, the company behind it. Client and brand counts are the providers' own published claims as of October 2026 and are not independently verified.
This is not a ranking of quality. The order is by founding year only.

If your company appears on this list and something is incorrect, or you think a provider is missing, we would genuinely like to know.
