Tugi Tark is a customer service AI software platform tailored for the iGaming industry. We specialize in solving player support problems faster, smarter, and at scale by combining advanced AI with over a decade of operational player support experience in iGaming.

Our mission is to bring the future of player support to the iGaming industry with proactive, scalable, and reliable customer service solutions. We are committed to delivering exceptional support and enabling our clients to maximize their potential, optimize operations, and provide outstanding customer experiences.
Founding Story
When was your company founded, and by whom?
Tugi Tark was founded in 2023 by a team of AI experts, iGaming veterans, and support operations professionals.
What inspired you to start this company?
After years of using limited, fragmented tools, we decided to build the platform we always wished we had. We built Tugi Tark because the support platforms available in iGaming were outdated, generic, and reactive. Our team experienced the operational pain points firsthand - language barriers, outdated chatbots, lost escalations between departments, no proactivity, and lack of VIP prioritization - and knew there had to be a smarter, purpose-built solution.

Challenges and Achievements
What are some challenges you’ve faced as a startup, and how have you overcome them?
To transform from a service provider to a product company. It's a different ball game, and you need different players in your team for it. Over the last twelve months, we have been focused on building the right product and bringing the right people on board. Strong teamwork and staying close to our vision made the transition smoother.
What milestones or achievements are you most proud of?
We conducted our first demos in mid-February and we are currently onboarding our first five operators, marking a major milestone in our rollout.
Future Goals
What are your goals for the future?
We want to make Tugi Tark the default support platform for the iGaming industry. That means continually investing in support proactivity, which will have an impact in deposit value, AI for cost optimization and availability, predictive analytics, and deeper personalization features that iGaming operators can use out-of-the-box.
Do you have any upcoming launches, partnerships, or plans for growth?
The upcoming features list is long, but to mention a few: QA scoring, AI analytics, sentiment analysis, and risk player detection. We’re going live with our first five operators this month, which is a big step forward for us. Looking ahead, we're focused on continuing to build AI-powered features that make support smarter and more proactive.
