Infingame explores how performance data can become an operator growth tool

With more than 10 billion partner transactions processed every month, Infingame, a leading aggregator in the iGaming industry, says casino performance data is becoming far more valuable when operators use it to decide what to promote, what to reposition and where the next growth opportunity sits.

Infingame has shared new insights into how operators can move performance data beyond traditional reporting and use it as a practical growth tool across content, promotions, player engagement and market strategy.

Across its aggregated ecosystem, the company sees a growing gap between operators that simply monitor performance and those that actively use the same information to make commercial decisions.

"There is no shortage of data in online casino anymore. The problem is that a lot of it still ends its life in a report," said Dmytro Kryvorchuk, COO at Infingame. "Knowing that a game is up 15% or a provider is down 8% is useful, but it doesn't create growth by itself. The value starts when you can understand what is behind that movement and decide what to change while the opportunity is still relevant."

Infingame says one of the most common limitations of traditional casino analytics is the tendency to rank content primarily by headline metrics. GGR, turnover, bets and active players remain essential indicators, but viewed in isolation they can give operators an incomplete picture of why a title is performing. A game can generate strong overall volume because it has premium lobby placement, receives disproportionate promotional support or appeals to a relatively small group of high-value players. Another title may produce lower total GGR while attracting a broader player base, generating repeat sessions or performing particularly well among newly acquired users.

Infingame therefore recommends looking at performance through several layers at once: game and provider performance, player activity, rounds and transactions, time period, market, promotional context and player segment. The objective is to understand the role individual titles play inside the wider casino portfolio.

Infingame also sees significant potential in connecting content performance with promotional strategy. When a title begins losing momentum, the response does not necessarily have to be removing it from the lobby. The data may instead support a targeted tournament, Challenge, Happy Hour or another promotional intervention designed to test whether additional visibility can reactivate player interest. The reverse is also true as if a game is already growing organically, operators can use promotions to amplify existing momentum rather than spending budget trying to manufacture demand around content that players have repeatedly ignored.

Instead of selecting games for campaigns based primarily on supplier requests, release schedules or intuition, operators can combine those inputs with actual player behaviour.

Infingame's existing engagement infrastructure includes Tournaments and Challenges, with analytics allowing operators to track campaign impact and use the results to inform subsequent activity.

Than, performance analysis becomes even more valuable for operators working across several markets. Infingame's data shows that player behaviour can vary significantly between regions, meaning a portfolio strategy that performs strongly in one country cannot simply be duplicated elsewhere. The company says operators should compare provider performance, mechanics, game categories and engagement patterns by market rather than relying exclusively on network-wide averages.

A title overperforming in one territory can provide a signal for stronger positioning or promotional testing in markets with similar player behaviour. Equally, weak performance can prevent operators from spending resources pushing content that has already shown limited local relevance.

Also, operators should measure what happens after the decision. Infingame says the final step is often the one that separates reporting from genuine performance optimisation: measuring whether an intervention actually worked. If an operator moves a game higher in the lobby, launches a tournament around a provider or targets a particular player segment, the analysis should not stop at campaign participation. The operator can compare behaviour before, during and after the intervention. This creates a feedback loop: identify a signal, make a change, measure the result, and than keep, adjust or reverse the decision. At scale, Infingame believes this process can be more valuable than simply adding more content.

"Every operator we work with already has the data to grow faster than they currently are," Kryvorchuk said. "The gap usually is not data collection anymore but is between having the numbers and actually building a habit of using them to make the next call."
