ReferOn Launches Built-In Crypto Finance Layer to Automate Affiliate Payouts

ReferOn Launches Built-In Crypto Finance Layer to Automate Affiliate Payouts news featured image

ReferOn announces the launch of its new built-in crypto finance layer that supports crypto payments through our licensed partners’ payment gateways, designed to automate affiliate payouts, facilitate faster crypto payments, and centralise the payout workflow inside the platform.

This new layer replaces fragmented, manual finance processes with program funding, visibility into funds, automated crypto payouts, and audit-ready transaction history and exports.

Ending the Era of "Ops Firefighting"

While crypto payouts are common across iGaming operations, they’ve traditionally meant high-risk manual execution and constant reconciliation challenges. This creates an environment where affiliate managers feel more like operational “firefighters,” constantly fixing mistakes instead of contributing to high-impact decisions. ReferOn’s new built-in crypto finance layer is designed to replace this friction with a single source of truth to prevent confusion and ambiguity.

This engine, powered by secure licensed partners, allows teams to scale payout volumes without scaling headcount. The system handles the mundane manual work to ensure faster payout cycles that directly improve overall interdepartmental communication and affiliate satisfaction.

The New Financial Command Centre

The new feature introduces a dedicated, centralised finance page for each affiliate program, providing instant clarity into:

  • Program Funding: Real-time visibility into balance updates and fund movement.

  • Seamless Top-Ups: Integrated deposit address management and address creation when missing for first-time transactions.

  • Transaction Journal: A comprehensive record of all financial activity with filters, pagination, detail view, and CSV export.

  • Automated Payout Flow: full  automation with conversion recorded (rate + amounts), status synchronisation, and instant creation of transaction records.

Designed for Control and Accountability

Accessibility to an instant, borderless payout flow shouldn’t mean a compromise on security. ReferOn has built its crypto finance layer with a meticulous “safety-first” approach. Every automated payout requires explicit confirmations and 2FA before being triggered, reducing the risk of unauthorised actions or human error.

Additionally, for Audit and Compliance stakeholders, the new feature provides total visibility and traceability, with every transaction and movement recorded in a clean, deep-filtered log and one-click CSV exports.

The Foundation for Future Automation

By removing manual bottlenecks, whether during the payout process or elsewhere, ReferOn frees up affiliate managers to impact the business with important strategic decisions rather than focus on mundane admin work.

Vlad Bondarenko, Head of Product at ReferOn, commented: “In all honesty, manual crypto payments are a disaster waiting to happen. When teams are afraid of entering the wrong address, making a double payment, or organising ever-growing spreadsheets, the team environment turns conservative and reactive. Our new crypto finance layer eliminates this confusion by providing managers with a comprehensive, centralised hub that automates the manual via integrated payment partners. This feature isn’t about offering affiliates a fancy new payment method or automating for the sake of it, it’s about freeing you up to run a revamped financial operation.

ReferOn’s new crypto finance layer is available now.
