Notice of Thrillbet Operational Closure and Partner Obligations

Dear Partner,

This correspondence constitutes formal notice that the management of Thrillbet has decided to close its operations. We would like to take this opportunity as well to thank our partners (You) and master affiliates for the trust placed in the Thrillbet brand and for the cooperation and support provided throughout our partnership.

As a consequence of this decision, and pursuant to and in accordance with the applicable affiliate agreement, terms and conditions, and any related contractual arrangements, all marketing, affiliate, advertising, and promotional activities relating to Thrillbet are hereby required to cease with effect from the date of this notice.

This notice applies without limitation to:

• Thrillbet.com

• Optimiser.partners

• Any affiliated or related domains, subdomains, tracking links, referral URLs, marketing materials, trademarks, logos, brand assets, or other intellectual property associated with Thrillbet

Obligations Upon Receipt of This Notice

Upon receipt of this notice, you are required and obligated to:

• Immediately discontinue all promotion, marketing, and advertising of Thrillbet

• Remove and take down all Thrillbet-related content from websites, applications, social media platforms, email campaigns, and any other marketing channels under your control

• Deactivate and cease use of all affiliate links, tracking mechanisms, referral tools, and promotional materials associated with Thrillbet

• Refrain from directing or referring any further traffic, users, leads, or players to Thrillbet

These actions must be completed promptly and, in any event, as soon as reasonably practicable, in order to ensure compliance with contractual and legal obligations.

Reservation of Rights

Any continued promotion, marketing, or use of Thrillbet intellectual property following receipt of this notice shall be deemed unauthorised and may constitute a material breach of contract, infringement of intellectual property rights, and/or other violations of applicable law. Thrillbet expressly reserves all rights, remedies, and causes of action available under contract, statute, and common law.
