Complaints.wiki Launches: Turning Consumer Complaints Into Real Insights Powered by NousViz

An AI-powered affiliate platform built on NousViz, StatsDrone's data visualization engine.
Montreal, QC, April 16, 2026 — Complaints.wiki is live. It's an affiliate-first platform that takes fragmented consumer complaints and turns them into something actually useful: structured, searchable data that helps people make smarter decisions about who they can trust.
I'll be honest, complaints are one of the most underused datasets on the internet. They sit scattered across forums, reviews, and random corners of the web, and nobody really does anything useful with them. That was the starting point.
The site is powered by a custom data visualization engine I built as part of NousViz, our data viz product at StatsDrone. NousViz handles the CMS, the analytics, and the dashboards, so Complaints.wiki is really a showcase of what the tool can do when you point it at a messy, high-signal dataset.
A Different Kind of Affiliate Site
Most affiliate sites start with a product pitch and work backwards. This one starts with the complaints. Users come in looking for real problems, the AI structures and visualizes the data, and affiliate links show up where people are actually looking for alternatives. The monetization follows intent instead of forcing it.
Under the hood, the platform aggregates complaint data from a lot of sources, normalizes the unstructured text, classifies it, and keeps evolving as new data comes in. Combined with what we've built at StatsDrone around affiliate analytics and CRM, it sits somewhere between content intelligence and performance marketing.
Why This Site, Why Now
I did a talk at SiGMA Rome called Why Online Casinos Close, and a big part of that research was digging into casino complaints and the data tied to closed brands. Then at the Odys iGaming event on the last day of ICE Barcelona 2026, I sat on a panel with Emilio Takas, Aleks Manok and Marcin Wludyka, and I said if I had to build an affiliate site tomorrow, it would be a casino complaints site. I think that information is the most useful thing players can have when they're trying to figure out which operators to trust.
The site was really meant to showcase our newest data viz work. What I didn't expect was how fast it would start ranking and pulling attention. So now the plan is different. I want to get updated data on brands directly from affiliate managers, and I want to push every iGaming operator to include BetBlocker on their responsible gaming pages. BetBlocker is, in my opinion, the most useful RG tool on the market. It's free, no registration, no friction. Player ratings and feedback deserve to be back in the spotlight, and this is one way to do it.
About Complaints.wiki
Complaints.wiki turns consumer complaints into structured insights and decision tools. Operators can claim their profiles and improve their scores by linking BetBlocker on their responsible gaming pages.
About NousViz
NousViz is StatsDrone's data visualization product. After years of fighting with Tableau to get usable dashboards into affiliates' hands, I built our own framework. NousViz is what came out of that: easy data ingestion, standardized data sets, and the ability to build a dashboard in about five minutes.
