Casino Guru’s Complaint Resolution Center (CRC), an independent mediator resolving disputes between online casinos and players, has now surpassed $60 million in funds successfully returned to players since the service launched in 2019.

The milestone further strengthens the CRC’s position as one of the industry’s most trusted dispute resolution platforms, providing free and impartial assistance to players across the globe.

Since its launch, the Complaint Resolution Center has published and investigated more than 65,800 complaints, helping players navigate disputes with online casinos while promoting transparency and fair practices across the gambling industry.

Reflecting on the achievement, Petronela Kontos, Head of the Complaint Resolution Center, said:

"Reaching $60 million returned to players is an important milestone for our team and the broader mission of Casino Guru. Every complaint we handle represents a player who felt unheard or unfairly treated. Our goal is to ensure players have access to fair mediation and that casinos uphold transparent and responsible practices. This milestone reflects years of dedication from our team and the trust players place in our service."

Growth and team development in 2025

Today, the CRC is supported by a 28-member team specializing in dispute mediation and player advocacy.

The year 2025 marked a significant transition for the team, as several experienced members moved to new opportunities within or outside Casino Guru while new specialists joined the department. As part of the restructuring, two new Team Leaders were appointed, strengthening internal leadership and operational efficiency.

To further enhance the complaint handling process, the CRC introduced comprehensive internal manuals designed to standardize case management and improve consistency across all investigations.
