    What You'll Do

    • Configure and launch forms, tasks, and workflows with the Workday team, monitoring completion to ensure accuracy.
    • Develop and execute complex communication plans, ensuring consistent and timely delivery.
    • Serve as the point of contact for performance cycle questions from HR partners and business leaders when a blocking issue arises.
    • Develop resources to support and launch performance cycles and programs.
    • Manage and support enterprise talent programs, including planning, logistics, participant coordination, communications, and reporting.
    • Build and sustain repeatable processes, employee/manager guides, documentation, and playbooks for talent programs.
    • Manage the annual compliance training cycle, including coordinating stakeholder groups, leading communications, collaborating with the Shared Services team, and ensuring there is clear reporting and actionable insights.
    • Champion innovation by identifying and applying AI-enabled solutions to simplify processes, improve experiences, and scale talent programs.
    • Support other Talent COE initiatives in collaboration with the larger Talent COE team.

    What We're Looking For

    • 10+ years of strong collaborative program management experience within Human Resources, in an MNC. At least 5 years of hands-on experience running performance management systems, talent reviews and/or compliance training.
    • Outstanding program and project management skills, including planning, dependency management, and delivery to deadlines across different time zones.
    • Strong planning and organizational skills, with a demonstrable track record of managing recurring, fast-paced programs.
    • Diligent with the ability to identify small errors that could result in significant downstream issues.
    • Experience working in matrix structures or multinational corporations, navigating cross-geographies.
    • Proficiency with Workday, particularly in Performance, Skills Cloud, LMS, and Talent modules.
    • Digital literacy with advanced Excel skills, SharePoint, and basic data analysis capabilities. AI proficiency to automate and scale complex repeatable tasks.
    • High emotional intelligence, handling sensitive situations with care and responsibility.
    • Resilient under pressure, maintaining calm during deadlines and mid-cycle challenges.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with clarity and poise.
