We are seeking a Product Designer to join our team as a replacement during a birthing parent’s leave.
This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office in Kraków) on an employment contract (fixed-term, 6 months).
The role is focused on high-quality execution — translating product and design direction into clear, consistent, and polished user experiences across platforms.
What you’ll do- Build polished mobile app (iOS & Android) and responsive web experiences based on direction from the Lead Designer
- Develop high-quality UI screens with strong attention to detail
- Work with Figma (Auto Layout & variables) to build scalable, structured designs
- Apply and maintain the Design System across web and mobile
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to deliver business requirements
- Support micro-interactions and motion using Lottie animations
- Explore and use AI tools to improve efficiency and workflows
- 1–2 years of experience in product / UI/UX developing
- Strong visual design skills (layout, typography, spacing, hierarchy)
- Confirmed knowledge of Figma, including Auto Layout and variables
- Good understanding of design systems (components, tokens, consistency)
- Experience designing for mobile apps and responsive websites
- Understanding of native vs. web UX patterns
- Basic knowledge of Lottie / motion design
- Ability to understand instructions and act according to product and business needs
- High attention to detail and a structured way of working
- Experience working with developers (handoff, specs, constraints)
- Familiarity with accessibility basics
- Understanding of UX writing (clear, simple, user-focused text)
- Experience in fast-paced product environments
- Diligent and well-coordinated
- Comfortable working within defined guidelines and direction
- Reliable and consistent in delivery
- A phenomenal teammate with clear communication
