Design Lead

over99.com operates one of the fastest-growing crypto casinos in the market. We move quickly, experiment boldly, and compete in an environment where brand, product experience, and execution speed matter most.

We’re now looking for a Head of Design to fully own and define how over99 looks, feels, and evolves — across product, brand, marketing, and content.

This is a senior, high-impact role with real authority. You will not inherit a finished design function — you will build it, lead it, and be accountable for it end-to-end.

 

The Role

As Design Lead, you will have full ownership of the entire design function at over99. You will act as the single point of responsibility for all design output, decisions, and quality standards across the business.

You will define and enforce a bold, modern, non-generic brand identity, while ensuring the flexibility needed to operate in a high-velocity crypto casino environment. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and growth — but retain final authority on design decisions.

This is a role for someone equally comfortable setting vision, building teams, and executing hands-on when speed or quality demands it.

 

Ownership & Leadership

 

• Fully own and be accountable for the entire design function across product, brand, marketing, and content

• Act as the single point of responsibility for all design output, decisions, and quality standards

• Define priorities, make decisions independently, and execute without the need for close supervision

• Proactively identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive execution from concept through to delivery

 

Brand & Visual Direction

 

• Define, build, and enforce a cohesive brand system across platforms and social media — modern, bold, and clearly differentiated

• Ensure strong visual consistency while allowing enough flexibility to move fast and experiment

• Raise the overall design bar across every touchpoint of the brand

 

Design Execution (Hands-On)

 

• Own all major design disciplines end-to-end, including:

  • UI/UX design for the product and platform

  • Social media and performance marketing visuals

  • Video, motion, and high-impact 3D content, including FX-driven product videos

• Remain execution-capable, personally handling smaller tasks or critical assets when required

 

Team & Process

 

• Independently source, manage, and direct freelance designers, owning briefing, feedback, timelines, and final quality

• Build the entire design team from the ground up, including hiring strategy, team structure, and long-term scaling

• Establish design systems, workflows, and review processes that balance speed with quality

 

Collaboration

 

• Work closely with product, marketing, and growth teams to support business goals

• Collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining clear final ownership of design decisions

 

What We’re Looking For

 

• Proven experience owning design across product + brand + marketing in a fast-moving environment

• Strong taste, high standards, and the confidence to make decisive calls

• Experience building and scaling design teams or functions from scratch

• Comfortable operating independently in ambiguous, high-growth environments

• Hands-on design capability across UI/UX, marketing visuals, and motion/video

• Prior experience in crypto, gaming, gambling, or Web3 environments
