We are a fast-growing, fully remote team operating from the Netherlands, Spain, and Uganda. We pride ourselves on short communication lines, a no-nonsense culture, and a passion for building the next generation of gaming experiences.

You will have the autonomy to shape our entire affiliate department from the ground up. Also, you’ll manage our MyAffiliates platform, define the strategy for the Canadian and EU markets, and decide whether to scale your own in-house team or collaborate with external agencies.

What you will do

·         Strategy & Execution: Design and implement a robust affiliate marketing strategy for Canada and the EU.

·         Partnership Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value affiliates and media partners.

·         Platform Mastery: Manage and optimize our affiliate tracking software (MyAffiliates).

·         Growth: Negotiate deals (CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid) and monitor ROI to ensure sustainable growth.

·         Leadership: Take the lead in deciding how the department grows. You have the creative freedom to hire a team or outsource tasks to experts.

·         Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house designer to create high-converting marketing assets.

Who you are

·         Experienced: You have a proven track record as an Affiliate Manager within the iGaming industry.

·         Autonomous: You thrive in a remote environment and don't need a micromanager to tell you what to do.

·         Analytical: You make decisions based on data and know how to optimize funnels.

·         Communicative: Fluent in English. You are a natural negotiator who builds long-term relationships.

·         Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with crypto payment landscapes (experience is a plus, but not a must).
