I started on the technical side of Live Casino and moved through Product Management, Business Development, B2C operations and entrepreneurship. Over the years, I’ve built casino operations from scratch, launched products and new markets, built teams, managed P&L, worked with payments, platforms and providers, raised capital, restructured businesses and led a B2C business through a full exit. My strongest expertise is Casino and Live Casino, but today I work across the whole business — product, operations, payments, commercial strategy, acquisition, retention and growth.
