Founder and CEO focused on engagement infrastructure for iGaming.Over the past two decades I’ve worked across product, casino, retention, and commercial leadership, from early roles at Betfair to leading global casino performance at Betsson (Betsafe). Throughout that time I saw the same pattern: engagement, loyalty, and personalisation were treated as campaign features rather than capabilities embedded within the platform. In 2015, I co-founded CompetitionLabs to address that gap. Today, CompetitionLabs provides the real-time engagement infrastructure used by operators, platforms, and game studios to deliver loyalty, tournaments, missions, achievements, rewards, and personalised player experiences through a single event-driven platform. More recently, I founded Stakesoft to extend that philosophy to the platform layer. Rather than treating engagement as an add-on, Stakesoft is an API-first iGaming platform built around real-time data, behavioural orchestration, and modular services from the ground up. Across my career I have: • Led global casino performance and commercial strategy at Betsson • Built products used by regulated operators across multiple jurisdictions • Scaled B2B software companies from concept to enterprise deployments • Worked across product, engineering, commercial, and operational leadership My focus today is building technology that enables operators, platforms, and studios to create better player experiences through real-time infrastructure, measurable execution, and long-term product thinking.

   My passion for gamification - and the benefits it brings the e-gaming industry - comes from my experience (and frustrations) driving acquisition and retention at industry giants.
