Progressing from Onboarding Project Manager to Commercial Technical Manager, I worked across three distinct client models: White-label B2C operators — end-to-end onboarding of casino brands launching under iGP's licences. Primary commercial and technical contact from contract to go-live, coordinating across compliance, engineering, and external legal counsel. B2B PAM and aggregator clients — operators using iGP's PAM and IGD under their own licences. Scoped integrations, defined API requirements, structured commercial terms, and managed concurrent delivery timelines. B2B aggregator-only clients — established operators integrating IGD as a standalone product into their own infrastructure. Managed technical onboarding, commercial negotiations, and ongoing account relationships. Across all three: produced technical scopes and integration documentation, managed multi-client portfolios at simultaneous delivery stages, and served as the bridge between operator requirements and platform capability.
