It’s a common frustration for iGaming operators:

“Why didn’t this player deposit?”

In my previous role as an operator, I heard this question almost daily. From marketing teams, support desks, and VIP managers alike. And the answer was always the same:

“We don’t know. We can’t see what happens inside the cashier.”

Back then, the cashier was a complete black box. Operators only knew if a transaction succeeded or failed — everything in between was pure guesswork.
