    It’s a common frustration for iGaming operators:

    “Why didn’t this player deposit?”

    In my previous role as an operator, I heard this question almost daily. From marketing teams, support desks, and VIP managers alike. And the answer was always the same:

    “We don’t know. We can’t see what happens inside the cashier.”

    Back then, the cashier was a complete black box. Operators only knew if a transaction succeeded or failed — everything in between was pure guesswork.

    • How many players opened the cashier but dropped off immediately?

    • How many couldn't find the bonus or payment method they wanted?

    • How many left because the journey was simply frustrating?

    There were no answers. And despite looking for solutions, nothing existed to give true visibility into the player payment journey.

    So, we built it.

    That’s how Fluid was born.

    That’s why we built Fluid’s chatbox — a smart guide that helps players navigate bonuses, payment options, and deposit steps in real time. It’s moving away from having an old-fashioned FAQ page like: “How to make a deposit?” or “How to make a deposit using X method?”

    It’s like having a personal assistant right inside the cashier — turning frustration into action.

    If I’d had Fluid back then, I’d have had answers instead of excuses.

    And so would every team wondering why yesterday’s campaign didn’t convert. Now, I get to help others avoid that pain altogether. And honestly? That’s the best part.
