    As a person working in the Quality department at KYZEN, I get a clear view of how iGaming operators are supported behind the scenes. A big part of the work involves providing 24/7 multilingual customer support, making sure players can get help anytime and in their own language. The role also touches on risk, payments, and fraud-related tasks that run around the clock, helping keep transactions smooth and secure. On the payments side, there is hands-on involvement with the PaymentIQ platform, testing different payment methods with local testers, and supporting the sourcing of payment solutions suited for each market. Anti-Money Laundering is also part of the day-to-day focus, with strong attention to compliance and internal standards. Overall, working at KYZEN feels practical and collaborative, with a clear focus on quality, security, and delivering a reliable experience for both operators and players.
