    • Partner with cybersecurity operations for continuous control improvement activities.
    • Maintain timely, accurate, and effective reporting on the status and application of security controls for critical assets intended for executive-level management.
    • Develop conceptual and logical solutions that support the implementation of security controls throughout Aristocrat environments.
    • Consult and collaborate with collaborators, asset owners, and IT teams to advance security initiatives.

    • Perform as a lead solution architect across all technologies, mentoring less experienced engineers.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    What We're Looking For

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field and over 10 years of pertinent experience. Additional years of relevant experience may be accepted instead of a degree.
    • Minimum of 13+ years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on building, implementation, and management of security solutions.
    • Demonstrated experience in working with a geographically dispersed team.
    • Solid understanding and demonstrated experience with SIEM platforms, data streaming platforms, network security, EDR systems, Cloud Security, and IAM principles.
    • Expert knowledge of information security technologies, networking, cloud, and infrastructure architecture in a global capacity.
    • Capacity to handle complex troubleshooting issues.
    • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
    • Ability to contribute to organizational critical thinking beyond the area of responsibility.
    • CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, or other relevant certifications preferred.
    • Excellent collaboration skills – must be eager to work as part of a cohesive team and partner with other teams within Aristocrat, both locally and globally.
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present relevant data and information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas effectively, and resolve communication issues.
