Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist

Job Description 

You'll work directly alongside our CHRO, owning the full recruitment cycle for tech and iGaming roles across our international, fully remote team. That means sourcing, pipeline building, screening, assessing, and closing, end to end. But this isn't a one-trick role. You'll also get your hands into HR Controlling, reporting, and KPI management, helping us build the data backbone behind our people strategy. 

We look for a colleague who pairs recruiter instinct with AI-powered precision to move faster and smarter than the competition. If you live for the thrill of landing a purple squirrel, know your way around a Boolean string like a second language, and can read people better than most psychologists, keep reading. 

Essential Job Tasks 

• Source and recruit top-tier IT and iGaming talent through LinkedIn, social media, niche communities, and your own networks 

• Leverage AI tools and automation to optimize sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement — always looking for the next edge 

• Build and maintain healthy, active candidate pipelines (not dusty spreadsheets) 

• Conduct psychological profiling and structured assessments to ensure culture and competence fit 

• Own recruitment KPIs, reporting, and HR Controlling topics, backed by strong Excel and data skills 

• Collaborate on broader HR initiatives: L&D, employer branding, team development 

• Be the face and voice candidates remember (for the right reasons) 

Skills & Qualifications 

• 7+ years in recruiting / TA or HR, with at least 3 years in Tech & iGaming (non-negotiable) 

• Proven track record in active sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, social media recruiting, headhunting, pipeline architecture 

• A modern, AI-driven approach to recruiting: you actively use AI to optimize processes, and you're always experimenting with new tools and workflows to stay ahead 

• Confident AI user with a genuine passion for integrating AI into all HR processes, from sourcing automation to candidate analytics 

• Strong Excel skills for reporting, data analysis, and HR Controlling 

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills: you make people feel seen, heard, and excited 

• Comfortable in fully remote, international environments: different time zones, cultures, and communication styles are your normal 

• Passion. Real, obvious, can't-shut-up-about-it passion for finding and developing great people 

Nice to Have 

• Experience with psychological assessment methods and candidate profiling (bonus if you hold formal qualifications) 

• A strong existing network in iGaming and/or IT talent pools is a serious plus 

• Experience or genuine interest in HR Controlling, reporting, and KPI-driven people operations 

• A generalist mindset: you're not just a recruiter, you're an HR person who wants to grow across the discipline (L&D, org development, people analytics)
