Social media marketer (remote, 20 hours per week)

As we approach our hard launch, we are looking for a talented, conversion-driven Social Media Specialist for a long-term partnership. We don’t need decades of general experience; we want a proactive visual creator and specialist who has at least 2 years of hands-on experience and knows exactly how to hack algorithms and turn viewers into a highly engaged community.

As our go-to Social Media Specialist, you will be the visual and creative engine of our marketing efforts. Working closely with our wider remote team, you will take full ownership of translating strategic briefings into daily high-energy content, strategic outreach, and relentless engagement. You don't just post pictures and manage accounts; you understand player psychology and always keep critical engagement and conversion metrics in mind. What you will do

• Content Production: Create, edit, and ship daily short-form videos and visual content using tools like CapCut, Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Premiere, or DaVinci to make crypto-casino gaming look exciting.

• Channel Mastery & Execution: Take full execution and planning ownership for Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and Telegram, ensuring consistent daily output without relying on AI clichés.

• Community Building & Engagement: Drive real human engagement by handling DMs, managing sentiment, and actively executing calculated comment strategies across our target channels.

• Strategic Growth & Data Optimization: Find and onboard creators and influencers, while continuously adjusting strategy and content based on performance data.

• Workflow & Ownership: Track your hours and project tasks transparently in ClickUp while working closely with our remote team.

What we are looking for

• Proven Hands-On Experience: At least 2 years of experience creating original content within the iGaming or crypto niche, backed by a strong portfolio of human copywriting and video execution.

• Autonomous Execution: A proactive creator who doesn't wait for a briefing, but actively spots trends, creates content, and posts it before the day is over.

• Startup DNA & Adaptability: Professional English communication skills and a high-speed mindset. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment where things can be chaotic—viewing it as an exciting opportunity to bring your own ideas to the table and make a real impact.
