Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced SEO Manager to take full ownership of organic growth across a group of strategically important websites. This role is deeply executional and highly accountable: you’ll be responsible for turning search strategy into measurable gains in visibility, traffic, and monetisation.
What you’ll do
-
Take end-to-end responsibility for organic search outcomes across multiple websites.
-
Build, deploy, and continuously refine SEO strategies that align with commercial goals.
-
Leverage internal AI systems to automate research, content production, and analysis at scale.
-
Decide which SEO initiatives to pursue by weighing upside, complexity, and downside risk.
-
Design keyword and content frameworks that map cleanly to user intent.
-
Shape site structures, internal linking systems, and on-page standards across large properties.
-
Work closely with engineering teams on technical SEO topics such as crawling, indexing, performance metrics, and migrations.
-
Track search visibility, organic traffic, and revenue contribution, intervening quickly when performance drifts.
-
Diagnose ranking or traffic losses caused by algorithm changes, technical regressions, or competitive pressure.
-
Collaborate with AI and tooling specialists to improve automation, data quality, and SEO velocity.
-
Review work produced by junior team members, provide feedback, and raise overall output quality.
What we’re looking for
-
Hands-on SEO experience with clear accountability for results (minimum 3 years).
-
Demonstrated success growing competitive or high-traffic websites.
-
Strong grasp of technical SEO fundamentals, including crawl behaviour, index management, and site performance.
-
Experience working on large-scale sites, programmatic content, or multiple domains.
-
Comfort operating in fast-moving environments where trade-offs between speed and precision matter.
-
Familiarity with command-line or AI-assisted tooling, or the ability to pick it up quickly.
