What You'll Do- Lead global sourcing strategy development and execution for contract manufacturing and direct material categories.
- Own commercial relationships with strategic Contract Manufacturers.
- Collaborate with quality and compliance teams on supplier excellence initiatives and governance procedures.
- Negotiate supply agreements, pricing, efficiency commitments, tooling agreements, and commercial terms.
- Develop should-cost models and total cost of ownership analysis.
- Lead annual cost reduction, PPV, efficiency, and working capital initiatives.
- Support NPI, sustaining engineering, and product lifecycle management.
- Drive supply continuity, business resiliency, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate on supplier scorecards and lead Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to sourcing professionals.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sourcing, supply chain, manufacturing, or supplier management experience.
- 3+ years managing contract manufacturers or strategic direct material suppliers.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Experience leading cross-functional business initiatives.
- Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills.
- MBA or Master's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
- Supply chain or program management certifications such as CPSM, CPM, CSCP, APICS, or PMP (preferred).
- Gaming, electronics, EMS, industrial equipment, or electromechanical manufacturing experience (preferred).
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Supplier Quality (preferred).
- Global sourcing experience across North America and Asia (preferred).
- Experience managing annual spend responsibility exceeding $100M (preferred).
