As a Lead Animator, you will have a key role in our creative team at UberWins Studio. You will push boundaries to deliver outstanding animations for Class III games. What You'll DoHandle animation tasks independently and collaboratively within a small team, ensuring flawless execution.
Be responsive to remote direction and make changes as requested in a timely manner.
Add customer value to all aspects of the creative production pipeline, from concept through pre-production, production, and post-production.
Provide consistent, high-quality animations as briefed and directed by the Chief Concept Creator and Art Director.
Conceptualize new animations in accordance with animation briefs, pushing boundaries for continuous improvement.
Build high-quality game assets that are both effective and aesthetically pleasing.
Find creative visual solutions to outstanding problems.
Adapt to changes quickly and easily while staying up-to-date with current trends and techniques.
Deliver files with the accurate technical requirements.
Evaluate and contribute to the ongoing development of the production pipeline, modifying existing assets and crafting new ones.
Work effectively and efficiently with the art team, technical artists, game designers, and engineers.
Maintain excellent file organization, following established processes for asset creation, management, and output configuration.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Demo Reel Required
Associates Degree or vocational certification preferred
2+ years of experience in a production environment collaborating with development teams
Dedicated with the ability to work independently and be team-oriented
Proficient in After Effects and Photoshop
A strong ability to notice and refine elements of composition, motion, and timing
Knowledge of storyboarding and video production
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Outstanding attention to detail
Ability to give and receive constructive art feedback
Strong time management and communication skills
