Games Product Manager

We are seeking an iLottery Product Manager to own the creation, evolution, and performance of digital lottery games. This role focuses on delivering engaging, compliant, and commercially successful iLottery game experiences, working closely with game studios, engineering, compliance, and commercial teams. 

What You'll do:

• Be responsible for the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for iLottery game products 

• Define game requirements and player experiences from concept to launch 

• Partner with game development, develop, and platform teams to deliver high-quality games 

• Use data and player insights to optimize engagement, retention, and revenue 

• Ensure all games meet regulatory, responsible gaming, and jurisdictional requirements 

• Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams on game launches and lifecycle performance 

Required Experience & Skills 

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in iLottery, iGaming, or supervised digital products 

• Proven understanding of online lottery products and player behavior  

• Experience working in agile development environments 

• Data-driven attitude with strong prioritization and partner management skills 

Nice to Have 

• Experience with instant win, draw-based, or hybrid iLottery games 

• Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments
