We are expanding our SEO department and hiring multiple SEO professionals.

We’re looking for:

1. Senior SEO Specialist. 

Someone who can develop new websites in betting and casino niches, own site performance, set priorities, push execution, and ensure the team hits growth KPIs.

2. Middle SEO Specialist

Hands-on experience in creating briefs, competitor analysis, promotion strategy, working with teams of link builders, copywriters, content managers in different geos. 

What You’ll Do 

Senior SEO Specialist

• Own full-site SEO strategy, planning, prioritization, and roadmap.

• Run deep audits (content + technical) and translate them into clear backlogs with deadlines.

• Ensure high-quality briefs, on-page optimization, testing frameworks, and reporting.

• Monitor KPIs across key GEOs and lead weekly improvement cycles.

• Collaborate with Commercial, Content, and IT to resolve blockers fast.

• Drive quarterly planning tied to business outcomes (FTD lift, CTR lift, EPC impact).

Middle SEO Specialist

• Run lightweight content audits: inventory pages, cluster topics, identify update / consolidate actions, deliver backlog.

• Execute on-page SEO: titles, metas, H1/H2, internal links, image alts, schema (safe), minor content tweaks.

• Create detailed content briefs (SERP analysis, H2/H3 outline, entity list, FAQs, internal links).

• Support off-page by proposing anchors, target URLs, and surfacing PR/link ops.

• Maintain technical hygiene: broken links, duplicates, crawl waste, redirects; log in Notion and notify owners.

• Track results in GA4/GSC/Looker Studio and keep a clean weekly reporting cadence.

Senior SEO Specialist

• Full audit + strategic roadmap for assigned sites.

• A functioning weekly execution rhythm across content, on-page, and tech.

• Demonstrable improvements on target GEOs/pages (CTR lifts, rank movements, assisted FTD increases).

• Team running cleanly: backlog organized, deadlines predictable, fewer blockers/retries.

Middle SEO Specialist

• Baseline audit completed with prioritized backlog.

• 20–25 quality briefs delivered.

• On-page pass on top 25 URLs.

• Crawl health improved (404s, redirect chains, duplicates reduced).

• Weekly reports established in Notion.

KPIs You’ll Drive

• Traffic increase and improvement of website positions 

• Increase in the number of FTDs 

• Number of briefs created for new pages 

• Number of briefs for improving old pages

Who You Are

Senior SEO Specialist

• 2–4+ years of SEO experience (iGaming strongly preferred).

• Strong understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and commercial KPIs.

• Leadership mindset: setting expectations, delegating, and pushing execution.

• Analytical, structured, decisive.

• English B2 or Higher + Ukrainian (preferred)

Middle SEO Specialist

• 1+ year in SEO/digital marketing.

• Comfortable with SEO tools & CMS.

• Detail-oriented, analytical, collaborative.

• English B2 or Higher + Ukrainian (preferred)

Compensation

Middle SEO Specialist: €1000–€1500 gross/month (experience & location adjusted).
