Location: Berlin (in-office)
Salary: €100,000 plus Bonus
Budget: 7-figure project fund

We don’t just follow trends — we create them. We’re looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to take full ownership of a new and exciting project we’re ready to launch. You’ll have the autonomy, funding, and freedom to move fast, break things, and build something impactful from the ground up.

What you’ll do

• Take end-to-end ownership of a brand-new venture.
• Manage and allocate a 7-figure budget to build, scale, and grow your project.
• Lead product development, market positioning, and growth strategies.
• Experiment, iterate, and move fast without layers of approval.
• Explore and integrate AI-driven solutions into the project.
• Build and manage relationships with partners, developers, and early users.

What we’re looking for

• A tech-savvy entrepreneur with a strong execution mindset.
• Comfortable working with and training AI tools/agents.
• Alumni from entrepreneurial hubs like Code University Berlin or WHU are especially welcome.
• Someone who thrives in start-up chaos — not corporate structures.
• Independent, resourceful, and eager to “move fast and break things.”
• Passion for building new digital platforms and business models.
