The platform itself is pretty solid, many affiliates are used to it and has good functionality. There have however been some changes in the implementation apparently which have been less than optimal and in my view not all logical. Not even the team seemed to have exact handle on it causing much annoyance and raised eyebrows by the tech team. Operationally, aising issues and getting help is good as long as you follow the exact process. But once outside the process we found it very hard to get the attention and help. All in all, I think they tried to make the company efficient and lean, but until now it is not to the benefit of the clients but more for their own internal efficiency. Hope they will find their way back
