About

Head of Business Operations | Former Head of Digital Marketing and Strategy | 6 Years in iGaming | APAC and India

I started in iGaming in 2020, in an industry that scares most young people off. It is full of seasoned executives and big money, and I have always been the youngest person in the room. I learned by doing, and I have been in leadership for 5 of my 6 years. I started in social media, was promoted to head of the function within my first year, then grew into Head of Marketing and Operations and later Head of Digital Marketing and Strategy, before moving into Business Operations today. Along the way I led a 10 person team and 11 brands at the same time, and I worked directly with executives, so I understand how every part of the business runs, not just marketing. The results speak for themselves. One brand averaged ₱100M+ in revenue per month, and on a good day the whole portfolio combined came close to ₱1B. I have handled the launch plans, the KOL and partner deals, the paid acquisition, the numbers, and the late nights when a campaign has to work. I also built a brand from zero to 127K followers and 35K community members in its first month. Today I am the Head of Business Operations for an iGaming brand scaling in the India market, building the acquisition engine with affiliates, CPA networks, KOLs and programmatic partners. We pay per result, on verified depositing players, and we value quality over volume. I am an industrial engineer by training, so I like systems as much as creativity. I turn big ideas into things that run, measure well and keep growing across APAC and India. If you are an affiliate, agency, KOL or operator who can deliver for India, or you are building something in iGaming and need someone who has done it at scale, let us talk.
