Here’s how that looks in practice: Corporate Strategy & Financial Steering I’m the one digging into the P&L to find the dependencies and the "cost killers." It’s about more than just data; it’s about defining our 1-3-5 year trajectory and building the "Global Alignment Indicator" to prove we’re actually hitting our marks. Whether it’s a risk matrix to mitigate the "what-ifs" or identifying the next business vertical to dominate, I provide the recommendations that the Board and ExCom rely on to move the needle. Operational Architecture & Change Management Transitioning to a media entity required a total overhaul of how we work. I spearheaded the shift to Business Units and introduced a performance-driven culture rooted in ROI and P&L optimization. I didn't just tell people to change; I redesigned the delivery models (think SAFe and Tribes) using workshops and serious games to make sure the new roles and perimeters actually stuck. HR Strategy & Talent Infrastructure A strategy is only as good as the people executing it. I partnered with HR to build the machine that finds and keeps top talent—from redesigning the recruitment process and scorecards to building our first real salary grid and industry benchmark. I’m not just managing a team; I’m building the governance structure that allows a high-growth company to scale without breaking. From 0 to 1 Execution My role is to kick-start the critical projects that don’t have a home yet. I bridge the gap between a founder’s vision and a QA Engineer’s sprint. I own the tooling gap analysis, the OKR implementation, and the cross-functional oversight that turns a "good idea" into a revenue-generating reality.
