I scale and fix regulated technology operations | $400M+ ARR, multi-jurisdiction | Founder, INC3 Ventures | Ex Scientia Lux

Twenty five years in technology, from the first private data centers to counter-UAS. I started in go-to-market and moved into running operations. As COO and then CEO of a regulated technology platform I built operational and compliance infrastructure across multiple jurisdictions while the business scaled past $400M ARR, led the turnaround of an 9-figure operation under regulatory pressure and executed a clean exit.
