I’m a Talent Acquisition & Talent Operations professional with hands-on experience sourcing and recruiting technical, specialist, and leadership talent across European and international markets. My experience combines recruitment with talent operations and team leadership, so I understand both sides of the hiring process: finding the right people and building the processes that make hiring and onboarding work at scale. Selected recruitment projects include: • iGaming scale-up: senior and technical hiring for a growing Romanian operation, including Head of Engineering (Java) and HR leadership searches. • AI startup, Luxembourg: senior engineering recruitment, including a niche Senior Full-Stack Engineer (.NET / React) search across European markets. • European public-sector projects: sourcing technology and specialist profiles for projects supporting major EU institutions in Luxembourg and Brussels, working with detailed technical and eligibility requirements. Beyond recruitment, I’ve coordinated high-volume operations involving 200–300 participants per session, led onboarding for 100+ professionals, managed distributed teams, and worked within processes subject to audit, compliance, and quality-assurance requirements.
