I was unexpectedly pleasantly surprised by their SMM department. Usually social networks are purely a formality for providers, but here the guys really get involved in the dialog. We had a case when we mentioned DreamPlay in a post, and their team immediately picked up the topic, reposted it, and even suggested a joint raffle. As a result, we got additional reach and the communication was easy and human. It's little things like that that make you feel like you're working with a live company, not just a faceless corporation
