The VIP Executive will join an exceptional VIP team, collaborating with experienced colleagues to manage and elevate relationships with our most valued players, delivering professional, personalised, and discreet service.

    The Role

    The VIP Executive will oversee the strategic and day-to-day management of VIP relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact and advocate for high-value players. This role sits within the VIP CRM & Operations function and requires excellent judgment, relationship management expertise, and the ability to coordinate effectively across teams in a fast-moving environment.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Report to the Director of VIP CRM & Operations and the Senior VIP Account Manager for performance and KPI alignment

    • Escalate player queries and issues to the Director of VIP CRM & Operations, Senior VIP Account Manager, or VIP Account Manager as appropriate

    • Manage VIP communication channels, including Telegram and Intercom, ensuring timely and professional engagement

    • Support the Senior VIP Account Manager and VIP Account Manager in implementing new VIP processes

    • Assist in coordinating and managing new VIP campaigns

    • Take on delegated responsibilities and special projects, such as contributing to policy and process documentation, shadowing new team members, and providing structured feedback during their first 30 days

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value players, addressing requests and concerns with discretion and professionalism

    • Monitor player activity and feedback to support retention and engagement strategies


    The role reports into the Director of VIP CRM & Operations, with performance and KPI alignment supported by senior VIP account leadership.

    Experience & Profile

    • Proven experience managing VIP or high-value client relationships, ideally within online gaming, casino, or crypto environments

    • Strong understanding of VIP service expectations and relationship-driven engagement

    • Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence

    • Comfortable using player data and behavioural insights to support strategic decision-making

    • Self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to operate autonomously

    • Availability to work European hours

    • Familiarity with cryptocurrency or crypto-based platforms is an advantage
