    Do you enjoy bringing structure to complexity and creating clarity at scale? We’re looking for a UX Content Designer to help evolve and scale our Design System across the organisation.

    Your role with us

    As a UX Content Designer at Easygo, you’ll take ownership of documenting and evolving our Design System so that designers and engineers can work efficiently and confidently. You’ll clarify complex patterns, components, and interactions, turning them into practical guidance that’s easy to follow and implement.

    What you will do: 

    • Own and maintain documentation for components, patterns, and interactions across the Design System.
    • Translate complex design logic, accessibility requirements, and interaction behaviour into practical, actionable guidance.
    • Define and improve documentation frameworks and templates to ensure clarity, consistency, and scalability.
    • Collaborate closely with Product Designers and Engineers to capture real-world usage and design intent.
    • Review and refine documentation created by other contributors, ensuring a consistent tone, structure, and style.
    • Identify areas of confusion or inconsistency in the system and propose improvements to reduce ambiguity.
    • Facilitate feedback loops and documentation reviews to continuously improve clarity, usability, and impact.
    • Embed accessibility and inclusive design principles into all system documentation.

    What you will bring:

    • You’ll have at least 5 years of experience in UX writing, content design, or Design Systems documentation.
    • You have a strong track record of translating complex UI components and patterns into clear, actionable guidance.
    • You understand component-based design, interaction principles, and accessibility fundamentals.
    • You can structure information in a way that scales across teams and products.
    • You’re a strong communicator, able to clearly articulate design intent and standards to both designers and engineers.
    • You have a systems-minded approach that connects your work to broader product and organisational impact.
    • Experience working closely with Product Designers in a product-led environment is essential.
    • Familiarity with tools such as Figma and documentation platforms like Zeroheight or Supernova is highly desirable.
    • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple stakeholders and priorities with ease.
    • You’re comfortable proactively identifying opportunities to improve clarity, adoption, and consistency across a Design System.

    Bonus points if you also have:

    • Experience documenting APIs and familiarity with programming concepts.
    • Hands-on experience with design system documentation tools such as Zeroheight, Supernova, Knapsack, or similar.
    • Experience creating multimedia content such as video tutorials or interactive guides.
    • Background in entertainment, gaming, or large-scale digital platforms.
