Job Description
As a UA Manager at Aristocrat, you will play a meaningful role in crafting our marketing strategies and driving user acquisition for our mobile games. What You’ll Do
- Design, build, lead, and optimize user acquisition (UA) campaigns for our mobile games.
- Manage media buying channels, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google and DSPs, Brand, and re-targeting channels.
- Conduct detailed performance analyses and run A/B tests on creative and targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to ensure flawless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry changes and conduct competitive research to find opportunities and challenges.
- Develop and analyze critical metrics to measure the success of marketing efforts.
- Provide creative copy suggestions and innovative advert ideas to improve campaign performance.
- Ensure accurate account housekeeping and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Use your expertise in measurement tools such as SKAN and Payback to improve campaign efficiency.
- 2+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition, with a strong preference for gaming industry experience.
- Outstanding Excel skills, including proficiency with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and calculated formulas.
- Experience working with measurement partners and tools.
- Highly analytical and self-motivated, with a data-driven approach and creative thinking.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- A collaborative great teammate who excels in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
