- Serve as a problem solver, prioritizing and resolving issues that arise during the development process, providing a focal point for your "group."
- Coordinate the team's SDLC, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery with superb quality.
- Apply KPI-based management to track and maintain each team’s performance, continually improving using these metrics.
- Mentor project leads and agile facilitators in embracing the scrum methodology and advancing their maturity.
- Cultivate positive relationships with collaborators, framework users, and program owners, improving transparency and communication.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in managing software development teams, with a strong background in SCRUM methodologies.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and solve issues efficiently.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and experience managing it in a fast-paced environment.
- Shown proficiency in using and refining critical metrics to drive team performance.
- Experience coaching and mentoring team leads and scrum masters to improve their skills.
- Excellent communication abilities to establish and uphold positive connections with collaborators.
