Bally's Croupiers are the frontline ambassadors of the casino, responsible for delivering an exceptional gaming experience to our valued customers. They are empowered to service the operation of the live gaming floor at our sites, ensuring that Bally's core service values are demonstrated in every interaction.

Crucially, our Croupiers are also responsible for maintaining game efficiency, integrity, and consistency and this 8 week fully paid training course is the first step on the journey to becoming a fully fledged Bally’s Croupier. The course is designed to equip you with all the skills you need to start dealing Roulette, Blackjack and Three Card Poker with no previous experience needed!

As a Croupier you will play a vital role in creating an exciting and memorable experience for our customers and your dedication and expertise are essential to the success and reputation of our casino operations.

Please note, we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide an exceptional gaming experience for our valued guests. This means that as a member of our team, you may be required to work unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends.
