    • Hours: Full Time
    • Location: Fully remote. This opportunity is open to you if you can legally work remotely in Sweden, Malta, Hungary, Spain, Poland, Philippines.
    • Contract: Permanent

    What the role entails

    • Creates software solutions
    • Develops software following the necessary policies and processes.
    • Conducts review of technical analysis.
    • Contributes to the software architecture.
    • Coaches and mentors other developers
    • Team member role that requires general supervision
    • Reviews software requirements and specifications
    • Conducts system analysis and creates of documentation when necessary
    • Prepares and reviews of test cases
    • Executes automatic tests and analyses results to ensure highest quality
    • Reports defects
    • Helps troubleshoot issues
    • Provides daily reporting and communication of work done
    • Collaborates with other team members or members on other sites when needed
    • Keeps up-to-date on the latest advances in the test community
    • Prepares and reviews of test plans
    • Coaches and mentors other testers on a daily basis

    What we ask of you

    • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years as a Test Automation Engineer
    • Developing Others: Proven ability to coach and support testers.
    • Agility: Strong capability to adapt to automation advancements.
    • Culture Building: Experience fostering a quality-driven QA culture.
    • Accountability: Track record of maintaining automated test cases.
    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop testing frameworks.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one language: JavaScript, C#
    • Leadership: Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
    • Communication: Excellent skills for documentation and mentoring.

    Preferences:
    Experience with AWS, Azure
