Infingame is extending an invitation to accomplished professionals to become an integral part of our dynamic company as a Technical Support Manager. We are on the lookout for motivated individuals ready to join our team. The following skills are important to us:
— Experience in a similar position at least 1 year;
— Understanding of client-server systems;
— Experience with technical documentation;
— Multitasking;
— Analytical mindset;
— Level of knowledge of English — at least B1.
Will be a plus:
— Ability to use developer tools (Chrome dev tool, etc.);
— Ability to work with various protocols;
— Ability to work with various monitoring tools;
— Experience in Gambling industry.
Your future responsibilities:
— Participation in duty and system monitoring;
— Diagnostics of problems received from the partners;
— Providing partners with access to internal services;
— Processing all incoming requests from partners (messengers, mail, support portal);
— Tracking and responding to monitoring triggers;
— Notifying partners of problems and assisting in resolving issues that arise;
