    Job Description

    Fully Remote — CET availability required

    We are looking for a highly capable and autonomous Technical Operations & MarTech Engineer to take ownership of our technical marketing stack and platform operations. This is a hands‑on execution role: you ensure our tracking is accurate, our platform runs smoothly, and our marketing systems scale as we grow.

    You will work closely with our General Manager and be the technical backbone behind our product, data, and marketing operations.

    What You Will Own

    1. Data, Tracking & Analytics Reliability

    • Maintain 100% reliable GA4 tracking and implement Server-side tagging.

    • Review marketing datalayers, formulate recommendations for our platform provider, and oversee the implementation process.

    • Build and maintain clear, actionable dashboards in Google Data Studio.

    • Oversee MyAffiliates tracking & data pipelines.

    • Validate tracking for campaigns, bonuses, and user flows.

    2. MarTech Integrations

    • Manage Customer.io events, triggers, and automated flows.

    • Ensure CRM logic is technically correct and scalable.

    • Support marketing with the technical setup for campaigns.

    • Implement new marketing technology when needed.

    3. Platform & IT Operations

    • Configure games and providers (note: actual integration is handled externally).

    • Manage provider‑side restrictions.

    • Own communication and ticket resolution with our platform provider.

    • Validate bonus module functionality and resolve inconsistencies.

    • Handle basic Google Workspace administration (e.g., creating user accounts, password resets).

    4. Technical Reliability

    • Ensure there are 0 blockers for Marketing, CRM, SEO, or Operations.

    • Perform end‑to‑end validation of critical flows.

    • Support cross‑team testing during QA phases.

    What We’re Looking For

    • 3+ years of experience in MarTech, data engineering, or technical product operations.

    • Strong knowledge of GA4, Server-side tagging, Google Data Studio, datalayers, APIs, Customer.io and/or MyAffiliates.

    • Basic familiarity with Google Workspace administration.

    • Highly structured and detail‑oriented.

    • Able to work independently without constant supervision.

    • Comfortable in a fast‑moving, remote‑first environment.

    • Availability between 09:00–18:00 CET (mandatory).

    • “Zero‑ego” mindset — you solve problems instead of discussing them.
