The GRC Analyst will belong to the Governance, Risk, and Compliance team within the Global Information Security group. This role includes supporting cybersecurity initiatives while engaging with teams across the company and with external customers, suppliers, and partners.

    What distinguishes this role? As a GRC Analyst, you will be responsible for directing and enhancing a cyber awareness and training program while also managing an extensive cybersecurity Policy Program. Your efforts will be essential in fostering a security-first culture within our organization. You’ll engage with current tools and technologies, and your contributions will directly uphold the safety and security of our global operations.

    What You'll Do
    • Maintain and continuously refine the cybersecurity Policies Program, including handling the lifecycle of a policy from creation to publication and preparing go-to-market communication materials.
    • Process and assess risk exceptions to Aristocrat Security Policies, Standards, and Technical Security Requirements. Handle security risks identified and proactively address deficiencies or opportunities for improvement.
    • Lead and advance a program passionate about cyber awareness and training dedicated to promoting a cyber-aware culture. Build and manage a calendar of campaigns for company-wide and role-specific training and awareness efforts.
    • Continuously improve the Security Awareness program using AI tools and good communication skills to ensure training is effective and engaging. Collaborate with threat intelligence resources to ensure the training addresses new and relevant threats.
    • Build role-based training curricula across the organization, focusing on the protection of resources and data and collaborate with internal teams and partners.

    What We're Looking For
    • 5+ years of consistent track record in information security field with experience in policy management lifecycle management encompassing creation, communication, and delivery.
    • Demonstrable understanding of cybersecurity awareness training terminology such as phishing, and ransomware, etc. with an ability to translate this information into accessible training for organization.
    • Experience crafting and deploying corporate-level awareness programs including regular awareness training, secure development training, and regular phishing campaigns.
    • Ability to establish and achieve strategic goals for awareness and training initiatives along with program management skills to prioritize, plan, and deliver globally.
    • Experience in using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to build, refine, personalize, and deliver training content at corporate level and for role-based training.
    • Comprehensive and effective communication skills, including the ability to gather relevant data and information, connect through listening, dialogue freely, and verbalize ideas effectively.
    • A proactive, adaptable mindset—you’re comfortable navigating an evolving cybersecurity landscape.
    • Teamwork skills and a team-first demeanor in a global environment.
    • Sharp analytical and critical thinking abilities along with clear and confident written and verbal communication capabilities.
