What You'll Do- Drive the selection, testing, deployment, management, maintenance, and operationalization of Aristocrat security controls.
- Apply strong expertise on Microsoft Purview DLP Configuration, Management & Monitoring.
- Bring to bear your cybersecurity engineering skills to support programs, proposals, and corporate objectives.
- Partner with cybersecurity operations for continuous control improvement activities.
- Provide timely, accurate, and impactful updates regarding the status and deployment of security controls to executive-level management.
- Develop conceptual and logical approaches to support the deployment of safeguards within Aristocrat environments.
- Consult and collaborate with collaborators, asset owners, and IT teams to advance security initiatives across the enterprise.
- Define and implement the setup of security measures for endpoints, cloud environments, DevSecOps, product security, and identity platforms.
- Provide domain expertise on cybersecurity strategies and identify areas of opportunity to optimize security controls.
- Stay abreast of the latest emerging security trends, technologies, and threats to recommend improvements to Aristocrat's security posture.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related area and over 10 years of pertinent experience.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on building, implementation, and management of security solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in working with a geographically dispersed team.
- Solid understanding and demonstrated experience with SIEM platforms, data streaming platforms, network security, EDR systems, Cloud Security, and IAM principles.
- Expert knowledge of information security technologies, networking, cloud, and infrastructure architecture in a global capacity required.
- Capacity to handle complex troubleshooting issues.
- Proven ability to handle competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to contribute to organizational critical thinking beyond the area of responsibility.
- CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, or other relevant certifications preferred.
- Strong collaboration abilities – must be enthusiastic about working as part of a unified team and engaging with other groups within Aristocrat, both locally and internationally.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present relevant data and information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas effectively, and resolve communication issues.
