Sportsbook Manager
Location: Fully Remote
Over99.com operates one of the fastest-growing crypto gaming and entertainment brand in the world. We are expanding our global sportsbook offering and are seeking a talented Sportsbook Manager to oversee operations, performance, and strategy, ensuring an exceptional and engaging betting experience across all markets.
This role plays a key part in driving sportsbook growth and optimization, managing daily operations and promotions, working cross-functionally to deliver a competitive, data-driven, and customer-focused product.
Key Responsibilities
Sportsbook Operations
· Manage day-to-day sportsbook operations, ensuring optimal uptime, accuracy, and user engagement.
· Monitor performance across key metrics including turnover, margin, and player activity, delivering regular and ad-hoc reporting.
· Ensure the sportsbook offer remains competitive, localized, and aligned with global sporting events and trends.
Promotions & CRM
· Plan and execute sportsbook promotions such as free bets, odds boosts, and event-based campaigns in coordination with trading and marketing teams.
· Support CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives with targeted and segmented player offers.
· Coordinate communication across multiple channels including email, push, and in-app messaging.
Performance & Analysis
· Track KPIs, identify performance trends, and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance player engagement and profitability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Partner closely with internal teams including align on promotions, product development, and operational improvements.
· Support ownership with strategic initiatives and sportsbook enhancements to drive growth and performance.
What You Bring
· Proven experience in sportsbook management or a similar operational role within online sports betting or iGaming.
· Deep understanding of sportsbook mechanics, global sports markets, and the customer betting lifecycle.
· Strong experience managing promotions, campaigns, and CRM-driven engagement initiatives.
· Analytical mindset with solid data interpretation and reporting skills.
· Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities.
· Comfort working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment with flexibility around major sporting events.
