    Well, what about the team?

    You’ll play a key role in creating exciting promotions, rewards, and loyalty experiences that keep our players coming back. From driving retention and satisfaction to balancing creativity with commercial KPIs, you’ll deliver compelling offers for all player segments across our UK ventures, shaping how customers experience our brand every day.

    So, what will you be doing?

    • Create the monthly Sports promotion plans for headline activity across your ventures to deliver OKR and KPI targets for the business.
    • Implementation of plans in line with the promotional strategy defined by promotions manager.
    • Creation and execution of promotional activity from conception to live own the tracking of performance for promotions against set objectives.
    • Identify promotional opportunities for growth within the customer base · Adopt the test and learn processes to feed back into planning and campaign development.
    • Execute targeted promotions for key cohorts, which drives retention to ventures · Delivery of promotional plans for our customers in a timely manner.
    • Adopt best practices to reduce errors and minimise customer contacts to CS.
    • Add to portfolio of promotional templates of top performing mechanics for rapid implementation with minimal effort.
    • Support management with tracking of spend on daily basis, proposing actions if needed.
    • Leverage Design and CRM teams to land best in class campaigns with high engagement.
    • Feedback on the development of rewards tooling to improve your effectiveness.
    • Implementation of best practices set out by management team.
    • Support senior exec with delivery of headline promotion campaigns.
    • Complete market research in your field to add new ideas and mechanics.
    • Apply knowledge of sports betting promotions (e.g., Free Bets, Price Boosts, Accumulator Insurance) and sports calendar events to align with retention strategies.
    • Identifying and capitalising on key fixtures, rivalries, and major narratives within the Spanish and European sports landscape to create compelling customer offers and content that drives engagement and betting activity.

    And what are we looking for?

    • Experience in a Sportsbook or iGaming Marketing role.
    • Proven experience in a CRM or Marketing role, specifically within a B2C environment, preferably in the sports betting or iGaming regulated markets.
    • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Braze or similar)
    • Experience in managing a promotional calendar and coordinating offer fulfilment with product and operations teams.
    • Ability to build and amend email templates using HTML, dynamic content, and personalisation.
    • Experience with building segments and campaigns within marketing automation software.
    • Ability to turn insights into actionable plans.
    • Solid understanding of sports betting product mechanics and promotions (e.g., Free Bets, Price Boosts, Accumulators) and their commercial impact.
    • Experience and understanding of the principles of customer retention.
    • Experience of KPI monitoring tools & reports.
    • Expertise in customer segmentation and targeting to deliver personalized and relevant campaigns.
    • Fluent Spanish.
    • Demonstrable track record of creating, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, Direct Mail) from concept to execution.
