Social media marketeer

Are you a creative content creator who knows how to build communities and hack social algorithms? CryptoCazzino is looking for a Social Media Marketer to take full ownership of our digital presence.

We are a fast-growing, year-old startup with a team of 10 people working from Spain, the Netherlands, and Uganda. We operate at the intersection of AI, crypto, and iGaming, and we need you to help us dominate the conversation.

Your Mission

You won't just be posting pictures; you will be the voice and face of a global crypto-casino brand. Your goal is to build a loyal community through high-energy content, strategic outreach, and relentless engagement.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Channel Mastery: Full execution and planning for Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Facebook.

• Content Creation: Producing daily Instagram Stories (product features, tutorials, and game highlights) and recycling high-performing content from our SEO team.

• Community Building: Engaging with crypto communities and iGaming fans. You’ll be making 150+ comments a month on X and Instagram to keep the conversation going.

• Strategic Growth & Outreach: Identifying and onboarding at least one high-traffic meme page per month in regions like Germany and Canada.

• Competitor Analysis: Monitoring what goes viral and following the followers of our biggest competitors to grow our own base.

• Data-Driven & KPI-Focused: You are comfortable working toward clear targets, such as follower growth, engagement rates, and profile visits.

• Autonomous & Proactive: You don't wait for instructions. You research the best accounts to interact with and stay ahead of the latest social trends.

• Tech-Savvy: You know how to use tools like Socialblade, Modash or Upfluence to verify influencers and ensure we only partner with the best.
