Job Description
Infingame is extending an invitation to accomplished professionals to become an integral part of our dynamic company as a Social Media Manager & Targeting Specialist. We are on the lookout for motivated individuals ready to join our team.
As a Social Media Manager & Targeting Specialist, you will help grow our brand presence across key digital platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for managing social media channels, developing engaging content strategies, and running targeted advertising campaigns to support brand awareness, lead generation, and audience growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with the company’s marketing and communication strategy
Develop and execute paid social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions
Set up, manage, and optimize targeted advertising campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, and conversions
Conduct audience research and segmentation to improve campaign targeting and performance
Collaborate with the marketing, PR, and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and advertising practices
Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights for campaign optimization
Requirements
3+ years of experience in social media management and paid advertising
Strong understanding of the iGaming industry
Excellent writing and communication skills (English required)
Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, tracking pixels, UTM tagging)
Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms
Experience with Google Ads is a big advantage
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, targeting strategies, and audience segmentation
Strategic mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
