Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive, sport‑obsessed and detail‑driven Social Media Executive to lead daily social and community engagement across our key platforms, primarily Instagram, X and Facebook. This role goes far beyond posting and replying. We need someone with genuine creative spark, someone who lives and breathes social culture, understands the pace and emotion of sport, and knows how to turn real‑time moments into standout, scroll‑stopping content.
You will support the Social Media Manager across day‑to‑day planning, publishing and performance optimisation. This fast‑paced role suits a creative storyteller, a strategic thinker and a hands‑on operator. You’ll bring a strong creative point of view, exceptional attention to detail and a real passion for what’s next in social. You’re a natural collaborator who enjoys elevating creative standards to deliver high‑impact, social‑first work.
So, what will you be doing?
- Publishing, day-to-day management and monitoring of all social media channels, primarily Instagram, Facebook, and X.
- Supporting the Social Media Manager in delivering best‑in‑class, social‑first content across Bally’s UK portfolio, spanning Sports, Casino, and Bingo.
- Creating compelling social media content - either by developing ideas yourself or by writing clear, concise briefs for our in‑house design and video teams.
- Planning and managing social content calendars and collaborating with Paid Media, Sponsorship, Product, and CRM teams to translate creative work into measurable commercial impact.
- Building and nurturing a loyal, engaged community and actively contributing to account growth.
- Analysing and reporting on social media performance for Bally’s UK brands and their competitors, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Staying informed on social media trends and relevant legal considerations.
- Running campaigns, collaborating with teams such as CRM and Promotions to extend reach, engagement and commercial impact
- Supporting the Social Media Manager and Head of Social Media in shaping and implementing social media strategies.
- Flexibility to support outside of traditional working hours if required for key sporting events (time in lieu provided)

- Demonstrable passion for iGaming and sports.
- Proactive self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and ability to take initiative.
- Results-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work at pace.
- Creative thinker with a challenger mindset, confident in bringing fresh ideas forward.
- Strong sense of humour, with the ability to reflect brand tone in engaging content
- In-depth understanding of major social media platforms, emerging trends, and sports audiences
- Highly organised, decisive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in AI & content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Photoshop is desirable.
