Your role with us:
You’ll execute high-impact SEO initiatives from keyword research, performance analysis to content deployment and beyond. You’ll support link acquisition campaigns, partner cross-functionally across CRM, Product and Acquisition and contribute to technical improvements that drive measurable search growth.
Please Note: We believe in the value of in-person collaboration! This is a full-time, on-site role at our Melbourne CBD office, where you’ll work closely with our dynamic team to drive innovation and growth.

What you will do:
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO initiatives, including deploying optimised content via CMS platforms (Sanity & TG Labs) and briefing third-party providers to achieve strong SEO outcomes
- Conduct keyword research, analyse search performance and identify interlinking opportunities to continuously improve visibility
- Support technical SEO audits and optimise site structure, speed and crawlability, including ad-hoc technical and content updates
- Assist with link acquisition campaigns by liaising with vendors, monitoring link quality, tracking budgets and reporting on performance impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, Acquisition, Product, Content and PR teams to ensure aligned technical, content and digital strategies
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO and link acquisition trends, strategies and best practices
What you will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications or degree in Business, Marketing or other related discipline
- 1-2 years experience in similar role
Bonus points if you also have:
- A background or understanding in Search Engine Optimisation or PPC
- Experience with SEO Tooling such as Ahrefs/SEMRush/Google Search Console
- Sports, gambling and cryptocurrency knowledge
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira
